If the experience changes materially Your reservation is based on the experience, working price and core inclusions shown when you reserve. If the final confirmed price or core experience changes materially before confirmation, you may choose not to proceed and your reservation deposit will be refunded in full.
If we cancel If With Meraki Travel Collection or Souló cancels the experience, or the departure does not operate, all payments made to us for that experience will be refunded in full.
If you cancel before the balance deadline If you cancel for personal reasons, the reservation deposit is non-refundable. Any amount paid to us above the reservation deposit will be refunded, provided your cancellation is received before the stated balance payment deadline.
If you cancel after the balance deadline Payments are non-refundable after the stated balance payment deadline, except where required by law.
No-show No-shows are non-refundable.
Transfer your place Where the experience and suppliers allow it, you may request to transfer your place to another guest before the applicable cut-off date. Any supplier-imposed costs or restrictions will apply.
Final confirmation Once the final experience details and price are confirmed, we will send you the remaining balance and payment deadline. If you proceed, your reservation deposit forms part of the total experience price.
