WITH MERAKI TRAVEL COLLECTION · GROUPS & TEAMS
Start with what you want the experience to achieve
For teams, communities, institutions, clients and private groups. Bring us a destination, a need, or simply an outcome. We will work through the people, time, budget, mobility and place from there.
For groups & teams
The destination can be fixed or the outcome can help determine it
We work locally, across the Philippines and internationally depending on the brief. Existing products make selling faster; they do not define the limit of what can be designed.
01
Take ours
An existing With Meraki Travel Collection experience already fits the outcome and group.
02
Shape one with us
We adapt a proven experience architecture for your people, timing and objective.
03
Commission something new
We design a new experience or destination response when the brief genuinely requires it.
Discovery brief
Tell us what needs to happen.
You do not need to arrive with an itinerary. A useful brief is enough.
NEED / AMBITION → PEOPLE → TIME / DEPTH → BUDGET → MOBILITY → GEOGRAPHY → PRODUCT ROUTE → COMMERCIAL FIT
Design discipline
Outcome for the group. Value for the place.
Group travel still goes through the same regenerative and community-based design discipline: local value, cultural care, environmental choices, host agency and learning.
Participant outcome
We record what the experience is designed to help make possible and what evidence actually emerged.
Local value
We record who helps shape the journey, what is sourced locally and how the experience supports local livelihoods.
Cultural care
Representation, permissions and guest guidance are shaped with the people whose knowledge and culture are present.
Environmental choices
We document practical decisions around transport, materials, food, water, waste and biodiversity.
Stays and suppliers
Where accommodation is included, we record how the stay and key suppliers were screened and what remains to improve.
Community / host agency
We record who shapes the experience and who decides what access, representation and participation are appropriate.
Learning
We record what delivery taught us and what changes next.
Our design framework is informed by the GSTC Tour Operator and Hotel Standards. The Impact Passport is a transparent design and reporting tool; it is not a claim of GSTC certification.
