Barbara works through Ampersand Future and holds GSTC professional certification in sustainable tourism. Her experience spans more than 20 years across tourism, hospitality, culture, sustainability and experience design, including time lived in Italy.
Ria Cortez
Growth & operations
Ria leads growth and operations, shaping how guests discover the collection and how each experience moves from interest to arrival.
Ria is also the founder of Kaya Pala Media, where her work centres on media and community-led growth.
Gabe Mercado
Master storyteller
Gabe collaborates as master storyteller, working with hosts to clarify what belongs in the experience and how it should be told.
Gabe founded SPIT Manila and serves as President of Third World Improv. His work in performance and applied improvisation spans more than three decades.
