Scent & Discernment

Scent & Discernment follows the meeting of craft and place in Rome and Lazio. The reference journey begins with three days exploring the fundamentals of perfumery in Rome, then moves into two days of wine, walking and long afternoons in Lazio.

The proposed route brings introductory scent study on the Aventine Hill together with the Castelli Romani, Castel Gandolfo and Frascati. The precise course, host, route and local arrangements are confirmed for each released date or private group.
