Clair’s work brings Filipino craftsmanship into contemporary furniture, lighting and objects.

For Creativity, Lived, she is not simply giving a talk about finished projects. She is opening selected parts of the environment in which she lives and works, using objects, stories and accumulated references to show how creative decisions develop over time.

A studio portfolio can show what was made. A lived environment can reveal some of what surrounded the making: taste, memory, habits, references, relationships and the choices that accumulate around a creative life.

Creativity is rarely confined to a desk or studio.

A private home makes visible the quieter references around a practice: what someone keeps, notices, returns to, lives with and chooses to place around themselves.

You will enter selected areas of the residence rather than tour the property as a whole. The host determines what is shared, photographed and kept private.

TL;DR before booking

Payment confirms the booking after verification. Each attendee must be covered by the booking and any required participation, age or access conditions still apply.

Plans can change. Weather, access, safety or operational conditions may require timing, route, venue or programme adjustments.

Booking & payment

Complete the booking form, follow the payment instructions and upload your payment proof. Your place is confirmed only after payment is verified and a confirmation is sent.

Because this experience takes place in a private residence, individual attendees may receive one short follow-up question through their preferred communication platform before final confirmation.

Cancellations & transfers

Confirmed bookings are non-refundable for change of mind. Any replacement guest requires prior Souló approval because the experience takes place in a private residence.

Late arrivals and no-shows are non-refundable. Arriving late does not extend the experience.

If we cancel or make a material change

Souló may postpone or cancel if the host or venue becomes unavailable, an authority restriction prevents delivery, severe weather or access conditions make proceeding unsafe, or another material operating issue prevents reasonable delivery.

If Souló cancels before the experience begins, you may choose a full refund or another available Souló experience or credit, if you prefer. If there is a material change to the date, location area or core experience, you may accept the change or request a full refund.

Private home & guest conduct

The exact residential address and arrival instructions are shared only with confirmed guests. Please do not publicly post, publish or share the exact address.

Guests are expected to respect the home, host, other guests, objects and spaces and to follow household or village access requirements communicated before arrival.

Food, allergies & accessibility

Dinner and drinks are included. Please disclose dietary restrictions or food allergies at least 72 hours before the experience.

Some areas of the residence may have steps or changes in floor level, and the home is not fully wheelchair accessible. Share mobility or accessibility requirements as early as possible so available arrangements can be assessed.

Weather & operating conditions

The experience generally proceeds rain or shine where the residence remains safely accessible. Souló may adjust, postpone or cancel where unsafe access, severe conditions, host unavailability, an authority restriction or another safety issue prevents reasonable delivery.

Photography & privacy

Photography is limited to moments and areas approved by the host. Some parts of the residence remain private.

Official photography or video may take place during the experience. Identifiable images intended for publication or marketing are subject to appropriate notice and consent, with a practical option to decline identifiable capture.

Personal information

Information collected through booking is used as reasonably necessary to administer the booking, communicate experience details, complete the private-residence check where needed and safely deliver the experience. Booking does not automatically enroll you in unrelated marketing communications.

General

Creativity, Lived is offered by Souló through With Meraki Travel Collection. These terms, together with the booking page and booking confirmation, govern your booking and do not limit rights available to you under Philippine law.

Who this is for

You do not need to be an artist, designer or architect. What matters more than credentials is curiosity.

Because the experience takes place in a private residence, individual attendees may be contacted through their preferred communication platform and asked one short follow-up question before the booking is fully confirmed. This helps us verify participation details and protect the privacy and comfort of the host and other guests.

Access & dietary needs

Some areas of the residence have steps or changes in floor level. The home is not fully wheelchair accessible, and accessible restroom facilities may be limited.

Share relevant dietary, mobility or participation requirements in the booking form so we can confirm what can reasonably be accommodated.

What to bring

Smart-casual clothing is recommended. You may bring a photograph of an object in your own home that holds personal meaning, if you like. Bring any personal medication you may need. Phones should remain silent except during designated moments.

Before you book

Do I need to work in art or design?

No. The experience is open to curious adults. You do not need professional credentials, formal creative training or prior knowledge of Clair’s work.

Is this a house tour?

No. The home is the setting for encountering Clair’s creative practice. Guests enter selected areas connected to the experience; it is not a full property tour.

What happens during the evening?

You’ll move through selected parts of the home, encounter objects and stories connected to Clair’s practice, share dinner and drinks, and take part in an open conversation and short closing reflection.

Can I come solo?

Yes. Solo guests are welcome. Because the experience takes place in a private residence, individual attendees may be contacted for one short follow-up question before final confirmation.
