How applications work

Because Creativity, Lived. takes place inside a private residence, every guest must submit a short application before payment. The application helps protect the host’s privacy and allows the team to prepare for dietary, mobility and participation requirements. Applications are not assessed according to professional title, creative credentials, social following or prior knowledge. Every application is reviewed personally. Approved guests receive a private payment link valid for 24 hours. A place is confirmed only after payment is completed.

Terms & policies

Please review before booking

Application & Booking

Creativity, Lived is application-first. Applications are reviewed before a booking invitation is issued.

If accepted, you will have 24 hours to complete payment. Your place is secured only once payment is received. An application or acceptance alone does not reserve a place.

Cancellations & Transfers

Confirmed bookings are non-refundable for change of mind.

Because participation is application-based, bookings are not freely transferable. Any replacement guest requires prior Souló approval and must meet the participation requirements.

Late arrivals and no-shows are non-refundable. Arriving late does not extend the experience.

If We Cancel or Make a Material Change

Souló may postpone or cancel if minimum operating requirements are not met, the host or venue becomes unavailable, an authority restriction prevents delivery, or proceeding would be unsafe.

If Souló cancels before the experience begins, you may choose:

  • a full refund; or
  • another available Souló experience or credit, if you prefer.

If there is a material change to the date, location area or core experience, you may accept the change or request a full refund.

Private Home & Guest Conduct

Creativity, Lived takes place in a private creative home in Ayala Alabang Village. The exact residential address and arrival instructions are shared only with accepted guests after payment.

Please do not publicly post, publish or share the exact address.

Guests are expected to respect the home, host, other guests, objects and spaces throughout the experience and to follow any household or village access requirements communicated before arrival.

Food, Allergies & Accessibility

Dinner and drinks are included as stated on the booking page.

Please disclose any dietary restrictions or food allergies at least 72 hours before the experience.

Some areas of the residence may have steps or changes in floor level, and the home is not fully wheelchair accessible. Please let us know about mobility or accessibility requirements as early as possible so we can assess available arrangements.

Weather & Operating Conditions

The experience generally proceeds rain or shine where the residence remains safely accessible.

Souló may adjust, postpone or cancel where unsafe access, severe conditions, host unavailability, an authority restriction or another safety issue prevents reasonable delivery.

Photography & Privacy

Official photography or video may take place during the experience. Identifiable images intended for publication or marketing are subject to appropriate notice and consent, with a practical option to decline identifiable capture.

Because this is a private home, guests should not photograph or film inside unless Souló or the host has identified the area or moment as okay to capture.

Personal Information

Information collected through your application and booking is used as reasonably necessary to review participation, administer your booking, communicate experience details and safely deliver the experience.

Booking does not automatically enroll you in unrelated marketing communications.

General

Creativity, Lived is offered by Souló through With Meraki Travel Collection. These terms, together with the booking page, application information and order confirmation, govern your booking and do not limit rights available to you under Philippine law.

By completing your booking, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted these Terms & Policies.

Local value

The evening brings attention to heritage-driven Filipino design, contemporary local craftsmanship and the relationships through which creative work is made.

02

Cultural care

The experience approaches Filipino craftsmanship through the work, knowledge and stories of artisans and creative collaborators. It avoids presenting craftsmanship as decoration or the private residence as a property tour.
