Padel involves quick movement, changes of direction and sustained physical activity. Please share relevant mobility, access, injury or health considerations before booking so the team can confirm what can be safely supported.

Comfortable activewear; suitable court shoes; refillable water bottle; towel; change of clothing if preferred; any personal medication.

Each session includes three to four paid guests and one coach on court for the full hour. Guests do not rotate off court or share the hour with another group. Select your date and pathway when booking. Final start time, arrival point, parking and access guidance will be sent before the release.
